  1. McCORMICK WOODS

  3. This golf course has been voted the most popular in
  4. Washington State for the past several years.  The course is
  5. only 3 years old, rather young as golf courses go.  It is
  6. located near a town called "Port Orchard" which is near
  7. Bremerton (the most liveable city in the US.)  The course is
  8. in an area that is currently seeing a lot of new housing
  9. around it.  There is lots of wildlife on the course, mainly
  10. deer.  I have seen as many as 6 deer feeding on the fairway
  11. of hole number 9.

  13. This course is public now but in the future I fear it will go
  14. private, it's a very popular course.  The best time to play
  15. this course is during the week and even then its crowded.
  16. The proshop is well stocked and there are plenty of electric
  17. golf carts for rent.  There are even some 4 person electric
  18. carts.

  20. I've played this course year round even in the winter when
  21. the fairways and greens were frozen solid.  It's the most
  22. enjoyable golf course in the state.

  24. To recreate this course I took many photographs of each hole
  25. to get the slope and tree structures as close as possible.  I
  26. also made 3 dimensional drawings of the greens a more
  27. accurate layout.

  29. I have add several new objects such as; houses, deer, ducks,
  30. a group of three trees, etc.
